I got involved in a Thriller Zombie Mob on campus. It's like a yearly Halloween tradition between Allen Hall and ISR (two residence halls).
A bunch of people got together on several practice days spread out to two weeks before Halloween and we all learned the Thriller dance by Michael Jackson. On the Saturday of Halloween weekend, we got together at night and went to a bunch of different locations around campus and performed it as a mob. Got my make-up done (looking like a fool), did it at three locations, then had to go out for dinner. I went to dinner as a zombie too...I was looking more like a panda with a bloody nose though.
Anyways...zombie mob! It was really great learning it and it was super fun. At the end of the practices, the coordinators would do the dance to Toxic by Britney Spears. That was the best! I've still got to figure that out. I have a feeling that I'm not going to practice it and time is just going to pass and I slowly forget the dance altogether though. Poopy da doop!

AAA Family Olympiad / Cravings
Mo' bonding time with the AAA fam, nawww meeeen. We weren't close to winning the Olympiad, it was extremely cold, we were out there for hours for like four activities...but it was so much fun. It was really great spending time with my AAA family. Also, Jeffrey was on crack that day. Seriously, he's retarded. LOL.
Anyways, I just want to reiterate.... They're just all really cool people and we just really hit it off. We all get along and ... seriously. It's be dope, mang. Afterwards, we went to Cravings (local Chinese restaurant). The food was alright. This other place, Mandarin Wok, which we ate at with my mom, Simon, and Danny, was better. The chrysanthemum tea at Mandarin Wok is soooooooooooooooooooooo good. Cravings was pretty good too, but it's also really cheap. Plus, my big sibling treated me. YIPPEE!
During the whole dinner, we all had really good conversation and joked around and we might dress up together for Halloween. We're thinking of being either our favorite animals or dressing up as Pokémon. DIBS ON MR. MIME!!

Anti-Alzheimer's LED Watch
Since the first day of school, I found I always had to check what time it is and it was pretty annoying to always have to take out my phone, press unlock, and press okay. What's even worse than finding out the time was finding out the date. I always forgot before my classes (I date my notes), so it made it super inefficient to take out my phone like 4 times a day to check the date every single time. On top of that, my stupid phone only shows the date when you flip it up and wait like two seconds for it to load.
So, I decided to get a watch. Normally, I don't wear watches. In grade school, I had a bad habit of taking it off somewhere and forgetting to put it back on before I leave wherever I was. I lost three good watches in a very short amount of time that way. However, this time, I really felt like I needed one and lucky me, I found the best watch ever. It's an Anti-Alzheimer's watch!! Or at least that's what I call it.
This awesome watch uses binary to display the hour and minutes or month and day. SO DUH SEXXY!

AAA Family / Mafia
Within Asian American Association, we have these "families" with "bigs" and "littles" .... which are basically like big brothers/sisters and little brothers/sisters. Families will hang out together every once in a while and it's also to sort of expand the people you know within the club....or something....really sleep typing right now... uh...
Anyways, today was really nice. At night, the family all got together. The bigs brought dishes and we all had dinner together at one of the big's apartment. It was a pretty snazzy apartment with awesome orangey colored walls everywhere. It was a really good dinner except that my FOOD WON'T DIGEST!!! /punches stomach. Just kidding. I wish I could've eaten more....sad face.
After dinner, we played mafia. SOO FUN! This was my first time playing. Gosh darn it, it's so hard to figure out who is mafia though....and it's awkward as hell to fabricate a whole cover story and try to act like you're innocent if you're mafia. Narrator seems really fun. You get to make up imaginary stories for every event....improv practically. I would want to play mafia again with my friends back home.
This was the first time I met my big. She's extremely nice and I'm glad she's my big. She's really chill and friendly and not awkward so it wasn't awkward for me. Smiles. The rest of the family are really cool too. They're all really friendly people and it was a great time chilling quite comfortably with everyone. This Sunday is the AAA Family Olympiad (family versus family in like relays and shiz) and I'm really looking forward to that.
