SQUIRREL!!

The cutest squirrel was on the sidewalk nibbling away on a nut or seed or something. It was so cute. I was a foot away from it recording it and it didn't run away or anything. SO CUTE!! This is where Urbana squirrels differ from Chicago squirrels...URBANA SQUIRRELS AREN'T DOUCHES. 


I never know which way I'm supposed to take videos or photos with my phone, so the actual media file is right-side-up. Clearly, I failed this time. My phone was right-side-up when I recorded it though...it's tricky.

I feel so good about this past week and this week thus far. A lot got done and it feels good to be on top of things. I'm back in control, baby.


I had a bit of a hectic weekend last week had a lot of various plans and things to do even though I SHOULD'VE STUDIED FOR MY STATISTICS EXAM THAT WAS ON MONDAY!!


Friday
-Neurocognitive Kinesiology Lab: I'm a test subject. Got a good 30 minute run, got hooked up to an EKG cap (basically a swimming cap with wires and crap that measures brain waves), did some cognitive tests...good stuff
-Bombay with TREEDACKIE and Connie...thanks to Vaishak for the recommendations. That Paneer was the best.
-Got to catch up with Beeckity...very refreshing
-Wal-Mart...tried on hats and stuff...still very tempted to buy this one grey earflap hat


Saturday
-breakfast and dance practice...awesome dance...failed at learning it
-picked up Jackie from football game (WE BEAT PURDUE! SUCK IT!!) ... I got to drive for the first time in forever ... I really miss riding a bike though
-skated around with Wing and practiced some breaking
-zombie make-up and zombie mob
-went out to eat at Manizella's? Marcinpello's? Maracoona's? I'm not sure


Sunday
I can't remember this day that much...I feel like this was the day I mostly studied for my exam... Who cares. I don't know.


Monday
Classes, reviewed, Health Statistics exam... aced the exam (hopefully)


Tuesday
-did laundry, got money order for Carle Therapy Services, turned in paperwork for volunteer, and studied for Social Science of Human Movement exam on Wednesday
-I was really, really proud of this day because I finally turned in my crap to volunteer at Carle Hospital!! It's been like two months. I have a way of planning to do so much, but I'm really bad at following through


Wednesday
-got immunization forms faxed to Carle, e-mailed professor about research opportunity, owned the exam, finished lab report, showered, and TA DA!! DID A BLOG POST!!


Given this is not the most exciting post, I still at least posted something. It's almost been a month!


I find that I'm not the best writer. Yikes! Very informal and I don't have that great flow others have. Oh well. I digress. Have fun, y'all! Going to sleep now.
